Long since empty and unused sits this former copper cable manufacturing hall within the bigger historical complex of Cologne-Mülheim’s “Carlswerk”. Now this piece of history is being refurbished by Carpus+Partner to contain modern offices, conference rooms as well as a big flexible meeting space within its heart.
